WELLING UNITED picked up a big three points at Tranmere Rovers on Saturday and manager Dean Frost was named our Top Boss.

The Wings’ midfield man Nortei Nortey was also in our line-up in a midfield five also including Dover scorer Nicky Deverdics, Matt Butcher of Woking, Torquay’s Iffy Allen and Chester’s John Rooney, who netted twice.

Danny Parslow inspired Cheltenham Town to victory on Friday night against Grimsby and he was joined in our back three by Charlie Clough of Forest Green and Macclesfield’s George Pilkington. They sat in front of Rhys Taylor, who impressed for nine-man Wrexham.

Adam Cunnington scored the opener for Bromley in their win over Lincoln and Andy Cook netted the winner at Aldershot with both strikers leading our line.
