Newport County have extended the loan spell of Charlton Athletic striker Michael Smith until the New Year.
Smith has netted three times in four starts for the Exiles since joining them last month and will now remain at Rodney Parade until January 5.
The 21-year-old, who started out at Non-League Darlington, has one Charlton appearance to his name and has also picked up experience while on loan at Accrington Stanley last season.
