MACCLESFIELD TOWN have sent midfielder Josh Green on loan to Market Drayton Town.
The youngster captained the Silkmen’s youth team last season and made close to 30 appearances for them.
He signed a professional deal in June this year but has not been able to break into the first-team squad at Moss Rose.
Green has subsequently been sent out on loan and will spend an initial month with the Gingerbread Men.
He joins the Northern Premier League First Division South club in time for their game with Lincoln United on Saturday.
