CHRIS TODD picked up our top boss award for Saturday after his Eastleigh side were just minutes away from knocking Championship strugglers Bolton out of the FA Cup.
Midfielder Jai Reason was a constant menace to the Trotters and was placed into our team of the day where he was joined by Woking’s John Goddard and FC Halifax’s Nicky Wroe in the middle of the park.
Boreham Wood’s James Russell kept out leaders Cheltenham Town to earn his place in the side. Grimsby’s Richard Tait, Matt Hill of Tranmere, Woking’s Brian Saah and Aldershot full-back Sean McGinty were put into our back four.
Our lethal strikeforce included FC Halifax’s Shaun Tuton, Grimsby’s hat-trick hero Padraig Amond and Ricky Miller of Dover Athletic.
