Mark Burke says Hitchin Town know they’re in for a tough FA Cup first round test on Sunday – but it won’t stop them dreaming.
The Step 3 Canaries welcome Solihull Moors to their Top Field home with a place in the second round up for grabs.
Burke was part of Hitchin’s famous FA Cup winning sides in the mid-90s and he hopes the cup magic touches them again.
“We’ve got nothing to lose, we’re the underdogs, they’re flying high in the National League so it’s a mountain to climb, but that’s the FA Cup for you – you never know,” Burke said.
