A TIGHTLY fought FA Trophy game ended all square.
In the early stages, Welling had the better chances and Brendan Kiernan went close when ghosting in at the far post from a Montel Agyemang free-kick.
Another Agyemang free-kick created more danger when Danny Mills headed back across goal but Matt Paterson’s volley flew just wide.
Kiernan and Thierry Audel both had efforts off-target before Welling went ahead.
