We’re in the age for ‘hangers-on’

ONE thing that has really come home to roost during this pandemic is the number of ‘hangers-on’ these clubs have.
I have a lot of dealings with Non-League clubs and by the term ‘hangers-on’, I mean the ones who are happy to have free admission, free away travel, cups of tea and other perks but ask them to help out as in the current crisis and they run a mile!
