THREE years on from their demise, the memory of Shaw Lane lives on famously in the Non- League world.
The Barnsley-based club, known as the Ducks, made exceptional progress in the years, climbiong from the Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior League Division One at Step 8, to the Northern Premier League Premier Division at Step 3 – and also reaching the first round of the FA Cup after a famous victory over Barrow.
