Anthony Johnson keen to repay loyal Chester supporters
Blues supporters raised £115,000 in a ‘Boost the Budget’ appeal last year and they’ve already pledged well over £80,000 of a £100,000 target this summer. It’s a massive boost for Johnson and fellow joint manager Bernard Morley as they bid to put to put together a squad that can compete against a host of fulltime outfits in the notoriously difficult National League North.
