FORMER Hythe Town and Whitstable manager Scott Porter has been named as the new manager of Southern Counties East Premier strugglers Hollands & Blair.
The former Folkestone Invicta, Lydd Town and Hythe Town player began his managerial career at the latter in 2009.
He led Hythe to promotion from the Kent League, lifted the Kent Senior Trophy and reached the First Round of the FA Cup, before leaving in May 2014.
