Bold bid thwarted by ruthless Lambs

A THREE-GOAL burst inside the first 25 minutes laid the foundations as Tamworth got their FA Cup campaign up and running with an emphatic win over Boldmere.
Eoin McKeown’s double and one from Dan Creaney set them on their way before a second-half strike from Jordan Clement and brace from Alex Jones sealed victory.
Tamworth were ahead in the seventh minute as McKeown headed in a cross from the excellent Luke Fairlamb.
