Dolly Blues and Barlick serve up cup deadlock

LANCASTER CITY and Barnoldswick Town will need a second attempt next Tuesday to settle this tie following a goalless stalemate at Giant Axe in a game of few clear chances.
Lancaster came close to taking the lead after 10 minutes when a long throw from Harrison Beeden was flicked on by Jack Byrne to Chris Dagnall, whose shot was denied by a brilliant save from Callum Jakovlevs.
Jakovlevs was on hand again to deny Dylan Moonan after 22 minutes, although it was a far more routine save because the shot lacked power.
