STAMFORD were left bitterly disappointed as they opened their 2025 home campaign with a defeat. The Daniels started strongly and took the lead when Tobias Liversidge evaded a challenge to cross. Lee Shaw hit it fifirst time, with Elliott Taylor making a great save, but the rebound came to Rob Morgan who smashed the ball home.
Harborough rallied and Jutorre Burgess danced through a couple of challenges to lay off to Ben Starkle who shot over the bar.
