MAIDSTONE United’s run of six successive wins came to an end at the hands of a spirited Chesham United at The Meadow.
Two goals in the space of five second-half minutes from Ashley Lodge and Connor Stevens saw the Generals home.
The Stones made a bright start but Chesham’s defence, led by debutant Taylor Foran, kept them at bay.
