MARK ELLIS struck the winner for Chorley who leapfrogged Kidderminster Harriers in the table with a workmanlike victory.
An early strike from Tom Carr was cancelled out by Ashley Hemmings, but Ellis popped up midway through the second period to seal a third straight win for the Magpies.
Chorley took the lead after six minutes. Warren Clarke whipped in a cross for Carr, who had time to fire home a low drive.
