While Hartpury University’s footballers share their pitch with the rugby team, head coach Dr Martin Longworth is hoping the ‘up and unders’ from their Kent visitors, Whitstable Town, will be kept to a minimum.
“Ultimately, we have to deal with direct play better,” was how he summed up his team’s performance at the end of the first leg, which Whitstable won 2-0.
