BOREHAM WOOD strengthened their promotion push with a win over Slough Town.
The visitors took an early lead when Matt Rush slotted home after Jayden Richardson struck the post in the fifth minute.
Charles Clayden doubled the advantage ten minutes later, guiding a deflected ball into the corner.
Slough halved the deficit on 33 minutes through John Gilbert, who curled in a superb strike from the left side.
