AFC TOTTON celebrated their first home game in National League South with a comprehensive win over Tonbridge Angels and in so doing, took pole position in the embryonic league table.
The first half saw neither side creating much in the way of clear chances, although the home side were dominant in terms of possession, until the 41st minute when a cross from the right from Ash Clarke found the head of Tony Lee, who directed back across the goal and into the opposite bottom corner.
