A game of few chances came to life in the penalty shootout as Ware came from behind to win thanks to two saves from debutant goalkeeper Zack Braverman.
The game itself was relatively even and it was hesitancy in the home

defence that led to the opening goal. Emmanuel Zion outjumped the Ware defence to head home what was the first effort on target by either side.
Ware huffed and puffed to get back level but were grateful for a defensive mistake that presented Anthony Wordsworth with the chance to equalise.
