Double Boost For Altrincham

Altrincham have handed an 18-month deal to Scott Leather while also signing teenager Jordan Sinnott on loan.

ALTRINCHAM have handed an 18-month deal to Scott Leather while also signing teenager Jordan Sinnott on loan.

Leather, 20, arrived at Moss Lane on a non-contract basis over the summer following spells with Crewe Alexandra and Preston North End.

The verstaile defender has made seven starts for the Robins this term and has also featured as a substitute on eight further occasions.

Sinnott joins the Blue Square Bet North club from Huddersfield Town and will remain with them until January 12, 2013.

The 18-year-old is son of Alty boss Lee Sinnott and was awarded his first professional deal by Championship club Huddersfield in mid-April this year.
