Fantasy Non-League Update – 17 February 2018

Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2017/18. Today’s update covers the period Sunday 11th February 2018 through to Saturday 17th February 2018.
In this week’s update I thought we would take a look at who is in the running for this season’s main FNL prizes both at the top and the bottom of this season’s competition.
Still leading the way as they were last month when we last took a look at the main FNL league table is ShipsUpStreets who have so far this season scored 16,443pts and they are 291pts ahead of second placed Yellow & Blue and 352pts ahead of third placed Up The Bucks!
Over the last month our leaders lead has been cut by 47pts so very slowly the pack is trying to pull them back, but the big question has to be have they left it to late? The ten teams are covered by 648pts.
At the bottom we also have the same team as last month. JoTown FC have so far only scored 4,418pts and they are 58pts below their nearest rival Yab Toulouse.
But last month they were 110pts adrift so the gap is being closed in fact it has nearly been halved in just 4 weeks, so it could be a very interesting battle for that bottom spot. The bottom ten is covered by 364pts.
Finally, before I finish, some of you who count the points have noticed that Dulwich Hamlet have gained 25pts in the last couple of weeks. The reason for this is that Dulwich were due to play Walton Casuals on the 19th December 2017 in the third round of the Velocity Trophy (Bostick League Cup). That game never happened and Dulwich were given a bye to the quarterfinal hence the award of the 25pts.
