RYMAN PREMIER club Margate have signed striker Carl Rook.
The 29-year-old possesses a wealth of Non-League experience having had spells with Dover, Hastings, Whitstable, Folkestone Invicta, Sittingbourne, Deal Town, Dartford, Tonbridge, Eastbourne Borough and AFC Hornchurch.
He won promotion from the Ryman Premier with the Urchins last term – his third promotion from that division in three years following previous successes with Dartford and Tonbridge.
Rook, who will be hoping he can make it four out of four in 2012/13, commented: “Margate's always been one of the bigger clubs in Non-League.
“The club seems to be heading in the right direction.”
