It’s always nice to see decent football people do well. Being a manager in the National League is a tough job – managing further down the Pyramid is even tougher.
I know the time and effort Adam puts in at Worthing. He’s built up the youth system, coaches the U18s, the U23s, the education system he’s helped bring in has been brilliant.
