PEMI PICKS HIS SPOT TO FIRE SPORTS INTO DRAW

EASTBOURNE Borough put their frustrating league start behind them to progress to the fourth qualifying round for the second time in five years.
Due to ground grading issues at Sholing, the tie was switched to AFC Portchester – with the teams observing a minute’s silence in memory of Billy Vigar – a former Eastbourne player.
And the Sports went in front just six minutes in. Isaac Pitblado whipped in a free-kick from the left and Pemi Aderoju rose unmarked at the far post to plant his header beyond Craig King.
