EYNESBURY Rovers have decided not to appeal against the United Counties League’s decision to order their opening game of the season to be replayed for fielding an ineligible player – despite being advised by the Huntingdon FA that they could do so.
Jordan Brown scored twice in Rovers’ 3-2 win at FC Peterborough on July 25, despite being suspended for being sent off in last season’s Hinchingbrooke Cup Final.
