Whitchurch Alport won a tight tie in North Tyneside with a stunning Harry Bower winner at joint favourites North Shields to progress to the quarter-final of the FA Vase for only the second time.
Whitchurch turned the game around after the hosts had taken an early lead through a Lewis Suddick penalty.
Alport were ahead by the break with goals from Callum Knowles and Bower.
A foul in the box by Whitchurch defender George Carpenter, saw Suddick give Shields a dream start from the spot.
