BEDFORD progressed to the next round with an emphatic win over St Neots at the Eyrie.
A dominant first half saw the home side go in 2-0 up at the break, courtesy of headed goals from Charley Sanders in the 12th minute and the well-travelled veteran Rene Howe seven minutes later.
Then, six minutes into the second period, Sanders undid his good work by being sent off for showing his studs during a hefty challenge.
