STOP PLAY! I’VE LOST MY GLASS EYE

AS a scorer of three goals already this season, Dean Hughes can truly be said to have an eye for goal.
That was not strictly true last Saturday when the veteran winger failed to add to his tally for Rhyl Dragons in the North Wales Coast East League game against Caer Clwyd.
But compenation came in the form of Hughes being reunited with his glass eye which went missing midway through the first half of the first division tussle after he had made a dash down the wing.
