A SECOND-HALF debut goal from new loan signing Ashley Boatswain was enough to send this FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie to a replay at St James’ Park on Tuesday night.
Boatswain, on loan from Ipswich Town, headed home a corner from fellow sub Jake Forster-Caskey 20 minutes from time to hand the Cards a second crack of the whip.
Matt Lowe fired Brackley Town in front on 11 minutes in this all National League tie – and they might have stolen victory late on but for two crucial late tackles from Tunji Akinola and an excellent save...
