Aldershot completed a loan move for Plymouth Argyle striker Alex Fletcher in the final hours before the transfer window for English League clubs closed.

Academy graduate Fletcher has not made a first team appearance for the Pilgrims under Ryan Lowe this season and was an unused substitute for the club's 4-2 Carabao Cup second round defeat by Reading at Home Park last Tuesday.
