TWO second-half penalties helped Basildon to victory over nine-man Enfield.
It wasn’t the prettiest of games at The Hive, with the Bees having a few chances in the first half, but the game came alive in the second period.
In the 55th minute, Clyde Semazzi made a great run through only to hit a post. But in the 69th minute, the hosts won a harsh-looking penalty and Kai Brown calmly slotted it home.
In the 84th minute, the Bees were awarded another penalty after Sam Brogan was brought down in the box and Brown made it 2-0, moving his side up to third.
