CHESTER striker Kurt Willoughby came close to breaking the deadlock late on before the hosts saw a man sent off.
The Blues had an excuse because they had played 87 minutes of an energy-sapping FA Cup tie with ten men on Tuesday, however it is difficult to find excuses for the visitors, who where content to absorb what was thrown at them for the majority of the game.
