AN INJURY-TIME header from Adam Morgan rescued a point for Chelmsford at the Velocity Stadium.
Tom Wraight forced a fine save out of Ben Dudzinski after 15 minutes as a dipping effort from 30 yards required the City stopper to tip over his bar.
But it was the be the Hoops who would break the deadlock shortly after as Zac McEachran’s great work down the left saw him able to square the ball to Joe Iaciofano in the centre. He recycled it to Nana Owusu in acres of space, who made no mistake as he slotted into the bottom corner.
