Hampton soon hit back. Ryan Gondoh and Kyron Farrell went close, and Gondoh converted Niko Muir’s ninth-minute cross.
Six minutes later, Beavers went ahead, Farrell netting after Jayden Harris’s shot hit the post.
But Dulwich drew level again on 21 minutes when Mills netted after Hampton keeper Alan Julian parried McGregor’s drive.
