JOE IACIOFANO’S second-half double gave clinical Oxford City victory as Tonbridge were left to rue their missed first-half opportunities.
Iaciofano scored on 47 and 60 minutes, with his econd coming when the hosts were momentarily down to ten men as an injured player sought unsuccessfully to return to the fray.
Angels couldn’t breach a resilient City defence, despite largely bossing the first half.
Wide players Ricky Modeste and Jamie Fielding provided dangerous crosses but Oxford keeper Ben Dudzanski remained untested.
