OLIVER LYNCH’S early goal was all that separated the teams after Farnborough decided to field five midfielders to try to combat Hemel’s threat.
With no fulcrum on which to pivot, every Farnborough attack in the first half was simply snuffed out by a Hemel defence with an almost yawning insouciance at how easy their day was to be.
