SLOUGH TOWN ended their campaign on a high with a narrow victory over Hampton & Richmond at Arbour Park.
In a match that carried a typical endof-season feel, clear chances were few during a cagey first half. Slough’s David Ogbonna saw two efforts deflected, while Hampton’s James Roberts almost caught Charlie Horlock off his line, only for his audacious attempt from inside his own half to bounce over the crossbar.
