Gulls happier with the impasse

RELEGATION-THREAT-ENED Canvey Island will have been the happier of the two sides after a no-score stalemate against promotion-chasing Dover Athletic.
This was an excellent point for the Gulls, who produced a hard-working display to keep their Kent opponents out and help improve their chances of moving clear of the relegation zone.
