Howe brace boosts Trinity

GAINSBOROUGH TRINITY brought the curtain down on a memorable season, with their fourth win on the bounce.
Declan Howe’s brace, either side of Alex Hurst’s equaliser was the difference between the teams as Trinity finished the season in seventh.
Fraser Preston unlocked the visitors’ defence 13 minutes in, threading the ball through to Howe, who finished smartly.
Trinity’s lead only lasted eight minutes as a misplaced pass was capitalised on by the visitors, Hurst firing low past David Robson.
