■ BRIDLINGTON Town played out their final NPL East game of the season with a defeat to play-off contenders Belper Town.
It was the visitors who had the first opportunity of the match, when Louis Keenan fired in a corner which Bolton Makwedze cleared away. Belper opened the scoring as a Jack Broadhead free kick was headed home by Ioan Evans.
The visitors started the second half hungry to extend their lead, in which they did so when substitute Jack Watson made it 2-0 from the edge of the box. After the match, Bridlington Head Coach Mike Thompson said: ...
