Guiseley AFC boss Mark Bower is backing striker Jordan Thewlis to make up for lost time after last season’s injury nightmare.
The 32-year-old returned to Nethermoor Park last summer in the best form of his career after netting 25 goals across all competitions for Alfreton in the 2023-24 campaign.
But a niggling groin problem that eventually required surgery restricted the former Scunthorpe and Boston forward to just ten starts.
