■ OSCAR Shelvey-Negus’ goal grabbed a point for Witham against Grays.
Witham goalkeeper Harry Fairs saved well from Louie Remi in the 15th minute and again from the same player shortly afterwards.
Grays had the best of the first half but Witham raised their game after the break. Freddie King put the hosts ahead after 52 minutes with a fierce shot but Remi equalised three minutes later.
Poor Witham defending allowed Luke Hirst to put Grays ahead four minutes later.
