QUORN wrapped up their record-breaking season with a victory at home to already-relegated Lye Town.
With everything already decided, the game had a definite end-of-season feel, with a relaxed tempo throughout.
Both goalkeepers impressed, making strong saves to keep their sides in it during the opening exchanges.
Quorn came closest to breaking the deadlock in the first half when Paddy Webb’s effort struck a post and bounced clear.
