Upbeat boss Kelvin Langmead is confident the lessons he learned last season will stand him in good stead as he prepares for his second campaign in charge of Banbury United.
The former Shrewsbury, Peterborough and Northampton defender was thrust into the Puritans’ hotseat last June and eventually guided the club to a 12thplace finish in Southern Premier Central.
He is eager to build on those solid foundations and feels he is all the better for having a year’s managerial experience under his belt.
