HARDY HITS FOUR IN ROBINS ROMP

WHITBY TOWN 2 ASHTON UNITED 5

FIVE second-half goals from Ashton United, four of them being scored by James Hardy, saw the Robins progress in the FA Cup at the expense of league rivals Whitby Town.
The hosts took the lead in the seventh minute when they did well to keep the ball alive in the penalty area before Ben Turner calmly found the back of the goal.
Whitby doubled their lead in the 21st minute, when an outstanding cross from Joey Phunthi was met by an even better header from Stuart Rose to make it 2-0.
