Dowson Extends Kingstonian Deal

Alan Dowson has signed a contract extension as manager of Ryman League club Kingstonian.

ALAN DOWSON has signed a contract extension as manager of Ryman League club Kingstonian.

Dowson took over at Kingsmeadow in 2007 and has enjoyed a successful spell in charge of the K’s.

He guided them to the Ryman Division One South title in 2008/09 and has since led them to fifth, seventh and back-to-back 11th-place finishes.

Dowson is doing a fantastic job at Kingsmeadow

The Surrey club are currently flying high in the Ryman Premier Division, just two points behind leaders Maidstone United in fourth position.

Dowson, formerly of Millwall and Gateshead, will now remain in charge of the K’s until the end of the 2014/15 campaign.
