IN A repeat of the opening Southern League game of the season, Willand Rovers completed another win over Falmouth.
But this was a completely different affair with both sides desperate to progress and Willand determined to make up for last weekend’s
disappointment when they went out of the FA Cup against Brixham.
There was early pressure from Falmouth but Willand stood firm with a couple of good saves from keeper Adam Seedhouse.
But the deadlock was broken in the 16th minute when Falmouth found the bottom corner.
