CONCORD Rangers downed Dorking Wanderers on this blisteringly hot league day opener.

Watford loanee Myles Roberts had a debut to remember in goal for the Beachboys where his inspired performance landed him the plaudits and his team the points.
Dorking, largely favoured to stake a claim for the league title this term, created a couple of half chances in the opening forty-five.
Concord showed fluency in their attack and saw striker Temi Babalola nod a tidy cross off target before the break.
