TEN-MAN Beachboys beat the Borough in a battle of wit, lifting Concord into the play-off positions.
A sharp start for the visitors saw Charley Kendall played clean through on goal, only to miss his giltedged chance, placing wide of the goal.
Eastbourne were left to rue that miss when the hosts took the lead when Ryan Blackman fed the run of Tosan Popo, who swung the ball perfectly into the path of Temi Babalola rising highest to nod home past Lee Worgan.
